Custom orders and orders of 5 or more items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Gifts: Pricing, Notes, Wrapping

Our packages do not include any information about pricing. Also, we are not able to offer gift notes or gift wrapping at this time.

Cancellations

Cancellations are only accepted before the item has shipped.

Exchanges & Returns

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns and exchanges postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Please notify us within this 14-day window if you wish to initiate a return or exchange by contacting us at contact@kintsugireborn.shop.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Any loss in value—such as signs of use, damage, or missing pieces—will be assessed at the sole discretion of Kintsugi Reborn and may have an impact on the refund amount accordingly.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged so that we can work with you and make it right.
